Tks for your note. Yes, if you learned one mode, it is (nearly?) impossible
to switch to the other. When I try to send a "C" in Iambic B mode, I hear a
dah-di-dah-di-dah, unless I practice a few times for each time I send it!

I now use a Logikey K-3 Keyer and one of its many features is that it
emulates 10-modes. I set mine to Curtis "A" timing with dot and dash memory
and works like a charm. If anyone's interested, here's a link to the K-3
