[High-Speed-CW] Iambic A vs. B - ding dong

I use type "B", which is what most single mode keyers even those
in the commonly found rigs are. When I use any keyer except for
a dual mode keyer set for mode "A" it is fine, with the type "A"
keyer I can NOT make a "C" no matter what I do. (which came as a shock)
I love iambic keying, I promote it at club meetings and picnics,
no one that I got to try it, has gone back to a bug or straight key.
