[Heathkit] Heathkit 3rd edition correction

Hi, everyone. 

I have discovered a small error in the book. I have the dates of the SB-110 listed as:

SB-110 1965 - 1969
SB-110A  1969 - 1971

In each case, please change 1969 to 1968. 

If I find anything else amiss, I’ll be sure to let you know. No doubt there are a few other bugs lurking in there.
