Good point. I see from the block diagram that grid block voltage is applied to the 6CL6 grid, so that seems to explain why it's shown as -115v which seemed such a large value.

I don't have any of the DX-60 schematics in front of me, but the DX-60
series has grid block keying so be aware of that. Check the measuring
conditions defined on the schematic. Switches are in a certain position,
key up or down, etc.
