If the price at $12/each doesn't scare you off Arrow Electronics has the 
ceramic DIP packaged almost MIL-SPEC Texas Instruments SN5476J part in 
stock.    TI still offers a lot of the old TTL logic products in the 
SN74 commercial and SN54 ceramic and/or MIL-SPEC series.  There is a an 
on-line direct TI store to that sells a lot of the commercial products.
