[Heathkit] Heathkit HG-10B Alignment

Got it done.   One of the main culprits was the tuning capacitor was not
aligned correctly.   I bit of twiddling fixed that.

The HG-10B is now pretty accurate in the bottom 100 Kc;  not quite a good
at the high end of the band,  but my friend only cares about the lower 100
Kc.
