[Heathkit] PLAIN Text Requirement

Gary,

If this comes over on the list and is readable it may help to figure out 
what the issue might be and where it's located.

I use Thunderbird 52 for an email client on a pc, and just checked the 
Composition settings and it shows compose in HTML is checked, I think if 
it's unchecked then my emails would be in plain text.

It might have something to do with what the user is employing for their 
email service. Are they on a mobile device using Web based email? Are 
they using a pc/laptop with Web based email or are they using an email 
client on it?

I seem to recall that this blank message issue may not be limited to 
just the Heathkit reflector, think I saw blank messages on others, can't 
check for them now since I just deleted them when they came in.
