[Heathkit] Dial Cam Follower for SB Dials

Check eBay.  There is a fellow selling them currently.  I got one.  Haven't
yet gotten around to try it but it looks good.  I will need three more if it
works as promised.

Is anyone manufacturing or does someone have an extra one of the
plastic/nylon/whatever little pieces that follows in the circles on the back
of the round dial?  Seems like I remember someone saying to use the top plug
off a BIC pen.
