[Heathkit] Dial Cam Follower for SB Dials

Is anyone manufacturing or does someone have an extra one of the
plastic/nylon/whatever little pieces that follows in the circles on the back
of the round dial?  Seems like I remember someone saying to use the top plug
off a BIC pen.
