[Heathkit] SB-634 Clock counts 12 hrs, NOT 24

Looking at the schematic (all I have) there is a diode + jumper that
connects from pin 5 of IC201 - which appears to be the clock device.

Perhaps that is a 12/24 hour selection jumper?
