Paste flux almost always contains some sort of acid. Use only pure rosin flux that can
be mixed with tech grade alcohol. You can then use the alcohol to wash the flux off.

There is a BIG difference! The No Clean Flux is primarily for SMT work,
or as someone else said, it is for the new ROHS Solder.
You definitely want the Solder Paste.
It is also available at Lowe's and Home Depot.
Sometimes you have to go look in the Plumbing Department.
Lowe's also DOES have it in the tool department along with the propane
torch kits.
