[Heathkit] Repairing PS-3 Power Supply

Built many years ago by me, worked fine last year ca. 1960.  I wonder if
anyone has the voltages or resistances at the tube socket pins. The meter in
the voltage position pins high at no load. I have tested the tubes and
compared with alternate tubes. "Zero adjust control H" does not control the
voltage, I used Deoxit on all pots and switches. Thank-you
