[Heathkit] OT: Philps PM6673 120 MHz counter / OCXO references

I took a different approach, using a precision oscillator left over from a
cell site and a GPS both found on eBay i constructed a GPS trained
oscillator and then synced all my stuff.  tom, N3LLL
