Hi Dale,
I think Glen Zook gave you a good tip when he pointed at that cathode
bypass cap in the audio driver. I'll add screen bypass caps, too.
But..you said you pulled the driver and the final (is that the audio
driver and the audio output?). How did you know it was oscillating or
not with those tubes pulled?

I don't have a 32A nor a manula so c-120 means nothing to me.
