[Heathkit] Hw-32a oscillations

          the radio still howls and oscillates, have checked all the grounds. retightened everything, re soldered all the points that did not look right. Replaced c-120 ? 20 mfd
cap, per the manual. added a coupla of extra ties between the board ground and the chassis. pulled the outputs and driver, nothing changes. I will go thru point by point following heath's chart. could anyone point me in the right direction ? could be a tube?? see and smell nothing burnt,
