Like Chuck suggested I have used "super glue" to repair several switch wafers, plug-in coil bars, and similar pieces. It is available in varying viscosities and I use medium for most vintage gear stuff. The spray accelerant is also very useful when repairing items like this that need to be held together, it will instantly cure the glue.

If the two pieces of ceramic are smoothly broken, get some "cyanoacrylate" glue. Commonly called "crazy glue" (check the label). Flow the glue into the crack and press the halves together....holding them in place for a minute or two. Then let the wafer set for a couple of hours.
I've repaired ceramic wafers like this before and they hold nicely. Assuming here that the crack/break is a clean one. Crazy glue is not a filler.
YMMV
