[Heathkit] DX-20 Drive level

My newly acquired DX-20 has great grid drive on 40, good grid drive 
on 20/10, but at most 1mA on 15 (where the VFO tripples). 1mA is not 
enough to bias the PA correctly. Are there any DX-20 mods to improve 
the 15m drive?
