[Heathkit] Hollow State QRP Transmitter Kit

Actually, the kit I'd want was at glowbugkits.com, but that dude is no
longer making them. I like how he is running the whole think on an 12VAC
adapter, and uses a PCB to make use of the more common/cheaper PCB-mount
and radial parts.
