[Heathkit] FA: Heathkit TENER on that place

Somebody didn't notice that the starting price dropped by $90.00 - oh well. They should try 
shipping anything across the country to the west coast these days, or paying eBay fees of 
several hundred dollars a month. I have already told several inquirers that the shipping will be 
adjusted to their actual location... so long as their callsign doesn't end in "5MO" then it will be 
doubled. :)
