[Heathkit] SB-401

Last night I put my SB-401, SB303 in line at the station.
When I went to tune the SB-401 it would not show any RF output on my watt meter.
I kept trying to tune into dummy load and heard a pop from the 401.
I was now getting full output on 75 meters 100 watts but, the SWR was at 4to1.
I could tune up on all bands but the SWR was at 4to1
Have not been able to fix the problem.
I also checked the rig on my antenna that I know is good and same problem.
What did I blow?
Please pass me some helpful information as to fixing this problem.
I have spare set of finals but I don't want to damage them.
