[Heathkit] Type meter needed for Heathkit DX 100

The meter in the DX 100 is a Simpson Model 127 Full scale 1 ma.

Some of the Simpson 127 meters have a plastic hood over the face making it almost impossible to change the scale. You can take the movement out of the meter but due to the plastic hood you cannot change the face.
