Mebbe......

Is your relay designed to switch a DC Output ?  Many of these solid state
relays use SCR's as the "power" portion of the switch and are designed to
switch AC only.  Trying to control DC with one of these types would either
cause it never to turn on when gated (if reversed biased) or never to turn
off once gated (if forward biased).  A test would be to switch polarity of
the 130 vdc.  Just be aware...It may latch "on" when you gate the input and
the only way to turn off a forward biased SCR once conducting is to
interrupt the current flow.  Watch out...DC will pull a much longer arc than
AC of the same voltage!
