Read that link I gave you for starters.
To drive a Warrior on AM you need about 15-20W, not 100. I drive a LK-500ZC
with 20W for a 400W carrier and set the drive and modulation with a monitor.
Wattmeters tell you nothing about the quality of an AM signal.
For G&G I drove a modified LK-800 to 3200W PEP with just 25W carrier (100W
PEP) before linearity started to suffer. Too bad I had to give it back to
the customer.
