[Heathkit] Help ID this extender board

I have an extender board, part number is 85-356,  that I need help
identifying.  Anyone know which Heathkit unit this board is used with?

 

It looks to be made from the same copper clad stock used for the SB-104's
extender board.   The only difference is that there are three sets of six
contacts on 85-356 compared to 4 sets of six contacts on the SB-104 EB.
