Good point, Ross - WE WANT 5 meters back! 
While they are at it, they can give us that nice 4m band at 70 MHz too - the one that the 
British amateurs are always telling us they enjoy...  The UK went all UHF for TV many 
decades ago! The USA dragged our feet forever. Ah, "deregulation" and the FCC. 

How many great 6m Heathkit rigs are languishing though, due to the perception that no 
one is on 6m AM and CW?  If everyone ahd the will to try a CQ they would probably 
find plenty of activity.
