[Heathkit] TX-1 Mods - Heathkits scrapped

That simply reinforces what I said.

The NEWEST is one of the two receivers, made/ordered in 1951.

The transmitters are dated 1945, with the T-213 being a depot upgrade in 
1959 after the initial 1945 initial date.
