[Heathkit] AM Gear request

IIRC, the only Plate Modulated AM Heathkits are the DX-100s and the TX-1s.
You "can" get AM, controlled carrier, out of a DX-60.
However, even fed into an amplifier, I don't really consider it AM Gear.
The TX-1 modulates a pair of 6146s with a pair of EL-34/6CA7s. I don't
remember the DX-100 line-up.
