[Heathkit] Heath stuff for sale

I am helping out disposing of an estate.  There 
is a bunch of stuff besides the Heath I have 
listed.  I have no idea of what works or how long it's been since used.
My plan is to Variac each piece then test.
All the manuals are Original

I realized how long the process will be after 
taking the time to test the HO-10:
If there is anything in this group that you are 
interested in I will pull it out and test it first:

HO-10 – case in VG condx – No manual – focus 
control frozen – dime size appears on screen; will not stretch out into a trace

Seneca – manual – wrapped in cellophane – case appears mint – not tested

DX-40 – manual – case in VG condx – manual – not tested
VF-1 VFO – no manual - case in VG condx – not tested

B-1 Balun – manual – some screws missing from case – not opened or tested

EA-1 Audio amp – no manual – not tested

I will entertain offers in "as is" or in a known condition.
