Hi Jack,
With a 90V PK-3/IM-11 gives 0 volts on all 3 settings, open-circuit.
With a 30V PK-3/IM-11 gives 0.08V, 0V, 0V on Hi, Med, Low, open-circuit.
A scope reads 440mV, 30mV, 20mV P-P on Hi, Med, Low, open-circuit
and 280mV, 20mV, 15mV P-P on Hi, Med, Low, into 47 ohms load.
Hope this helps.

I only seem to get an RF output voltage of about 1 volt using my IM-13 VTVM with RF probe at Hi coarse and full CW Fine Attenuation - not enough to drive an IF stage I'd like to align. I perceive that the reading should be higher, but would like some opinions before I dig in. The voltages are about 10 volts RF just off the A-E oscillator section, but greatly attenuate to 1-2 volts on the other side of the 2 uuf coupling capacitor to the 6AN8 grid. While the DC voltages are OK on the tubes, the 6AN8 does not seem to be amplifying.
