[Heathkit] cleaning wafer switchs

I call that crap DeWrex-It

Try Q-Tips and 99.8% isipropyl alcohol or whatever the lab grade number is.

If there is no plastic involved I use the cheapest fast drying disk brake 
spray cleaner at the box stores. Give the wafers quick blasts only and redo 
as needed.
