[Heathkit] shipping.. an old sore spot

Since moving to the Grand and Glorious Peace and Freedom Loving People's
Democratic Republican Kingdom-state of Hawaii, I have yet to have anything
arrive via UPS or FedEx without damage.  USPS Priority has yet to deliver
anything with any damage, and only a couple things came through Parcel Post
damaged and that was caused by poor packing.  I don't know how FedEx
(actually FedEx/Roadway) works but everything shipped by UPS outside a local
distribution center's bailiwick goes to St Louis for routing.  USPS I can
only say from experience as a seasonal hauler, usually between the GMF in
Pittsburgh and PIA.  That was fun.
