Iwant to make up a new set of inner connects for my 301/401 twins. Heathsays use 3- 2' long cables of RG-62. which has a 93 ohm impedance andcapacitance of 13 pf/foot. How critical is this. the RG-62 is stiffand large for a inner connect.
I have 20' of RG-174...50 ohm and 30 pf/foot. would like to use itbecause it is small and flexable. Would there be any problems withusing the RG-174 instead of the RG-62?
Could any body reccomend a coax that is low capacitance ,likethe 62 ,except in a mini coax size , like the RG-174. I looked butfound nothing so far. Maybe a low capacitance audio coax?
thanks for any input on this.
