[Heathkit] DX-20 T/R Switching?

I started out with a HB 4 tube regen in 1955 so the seperate RX antenna was
just a 30' wire about 10' high from the eaves to a back tree; the 80/40 TX
antennas were RG-58 coax fed dipoles. Next up was a bandspreaded BC-454 and
455 using the same wire. When I got a used HQ-129X I also had saved enough
$$ for a Dow Key Relay. I didnt have a commercial TX until I got the General
and that was a DX-100 I built which I hated and replaced with a used Viking
I and 122 VFO.

That regen was sure sensitive, even on AM. As a SWL I got cards from the
West Coast, Australia, Canal Zone and many others on 10M from NYC/LI. I
learned CW on it but the selectivity was horrible altho better than a
friends S-38D it seemed.
