[Heathkit] HW-100/101 het osc output

    In addition to what Glen and Ed said, you should also check your Het/Osc plate resistors.  They also go way out of tolerance, usually high which makes the osc output drop way off.  I forget the value, but they should be replaced with 1 watt resistors as well.  These things don't go bad at the same time and so you can have great output on LSB and low on USB or visa versa.  It also effects your receive sensitivity.
