[Heathkit] HW-101 Question

Gary:

Assuming that you don't just have a short somewhere, output indication 
with the mic/cw level control fully ccw usually means an oscillating 
final or driver stage.  Try doing the driver and final neutralization 
procedure.

If you have high plate current but no output, one of the 6146 finals may 
have an internal short.
