[Heathkit] SS 866 Replacements typical voltage rise

One specific on-line source, thetubestore.com has them in stock at 
$29.95 each.

That was the first site that Ask.com threw up when queried with "3B28 
vacuum tubes".

If I had six to pack, we'd haggle. <LOL>
