[Heathkit] SB-10/SB-200 combo

Tom,

The SB-10 was used with either the DX-100 or the TX-1 Apache to get SSB 
out of an AM/CW only transmitter.  I could understand driving an 
SB-200/SB-201 at the end of the whole chain.
