But if you left your old worn out car in a field and let everyone's kids 
play in it for years and then some cranky old man bought the old worn out 
car and started charging those kids admission to play in the car would you 
blame the kids for being annoyed?  Yes, the old man has those legal rights 
but we have our right to be annoyed!
