[Heathkit] Differences between HG-10 and HG10B VFO?

I have recently picked up an HG-10 VFO.  I have the schematics for both the 
HG-10 and HG-10B and cannot find any differences between the two.

Would someone enlighten me as to the differences between these two?  Thanks.
