[Heathkit] Thanks to all who helped with SB-614 manual

A HAM on the list sent me a copy of the SB-614 manual.
I have printed the copy he to me sent via email and will mail it to William 
this afternoon.
I will not charge William for the copy, print ink used or postage to mail it 
to him.
I will not state the name of the HAM who sent me the copy of the manual so 
as not to get him in any trouble.
All I can say about him is that he represents the true spirit of Amateur 
Radio.
I am sure he will be rewarded one day and if I can ever help him I will.
