[Heathkit] sb-101 TO SB-101

Hi Jerry,

I am working on a SB-102 to SB-610.  For transmit monitoring connect from
the antenna RF output to one of the two SO-239 connectors on the SB-610
scope with the other SO-239 connected to the antenna.  However I have a
SB-200 and HM-102 between the rig and scope but same principle.  For receive
monitoring I am looking to use a spare RCA jack on the rear of the SB-102 to
the VERT RCA jack on the back of the scope.
