Group,

I simply posted a few links to information and modification.

You are now faced with what is good and what is bad.

Nichrome wire for the inductor in the parasitic choke is ludicrous.  Its 
resistance constantly changes dependent upon the current passed through 
it.  These SHOULD be made from materials that have a "relatively" fixed 
resistance.  The resistors WITHIN this choke, dissipate the power that 
the choke won't pass.   The ONLY change to this SHOULD be larger wattage 
resistors.

Good electrolytics are a good improvement to the power supplies.

Get rid of the darn interlock!  Hopefully we won't read about you, but 
anything that shorts the entirety of a circuit in an intentional manner 
does some damage somewhere EVENTUALLY.

Open the amp, clean it.  Clean the tubes and the fan.

There is a lot of suggestions out there, AND there are some number of 
dumb ideas too!
