[Heathkit] MR-1 spring problem

The correct springs for that rig, the MT-1, Apache & Mohawk are 
approximately one inch in diameter.  They go around the insert at the end of 
the dial tube.  If you have such a spring and the manual, then install the 
spring according to the book.
