[Heathkit] Heat shrink gun

These are hardly "new". Maybe just new for Harbor Freight.
We've been using them in R/C aircraft for decades. We shrink the mylar
coverings put out by numerous companies. I couldn't tell you what I
paid for it over ten years ago, but it does heat shrink VERY well.
