[Heathkit] Hot Water 101 Final Question

Bill:

6146A should work fine.  Supposedly, at one time there were problems 
with the 6146B. First do the bias adjustment to get the idling plate 
current down to 50 mA, then do the neutralization adjustment.  My guess 
is that the finals are oscillating.  Neutralization should fix that.
