[Heathkit] More on HW-16

Hello all,
Thanks to everyone who offered suggestions and ideas on my proposed HW-16
final amp "project." My motivation was not really to get more power, but
more to deal with what I thought was a scarcity of the 6GE5 final tube.  The
6146 or 2E26 are ever so much more common and I thought it might be fun to
see how one of those might perform.  The radio is new to me, so I am eager
to learn more from the more experienced crowd.  Receiver ideas are
particularly welcome.
