[Heathkit] SB-221 10 Meter Docs Needed

Both the SB-201 and the SB-221 had separate modification/parts kits that 
you could purchase by providing a copy of your license.

There IS some additional contacts on the SB-220 band switch which at the 
far end placed the 10 mtr input in the circuit, AND switched the loading 
coil segment into the circuit.
