[Heathkit] SB-221 10 Meter Docs Needed

I would suspect at the very least you need the 10 meter input and 10
meter tank coils and would have to remove or relocate the stop on the
bandswitch to get the extra position. I thought (maybe bad memory) that
the 10 meter mod kit was a separate purchase.
