Reference my previous posting & everybody's emails. 
Thanks ya'all for your suggestions.
Found the proble. I could hear a popping sound from within the
transformer while the trace line was jumping up & down.
Problem solved. It was a BAD Transformer.
Cut out the old .. wired in a brand new one.
No CRT Trace line jumping .. Rock Solid trace.
