[Heathkit] DX-100 whats a good amp for my DX-100

My Hi-Power CW station is a single 4-1000A Class "B", driven by a DX-100.
Up to 4500 VDC adjustable on the 4X1. Max drive to the tube is the full
output of the "CW" DX-100 at 135 watts. If on the odd occasion I want to
run AM, it is just a matter of retuning to the AM portion of the band in 
question.
Same drive levels and watch the output meter so I ahem, don't exceed the 
legal
limit!
